New England Muslim Festival 2023 Rules and Guidelines


  • All vendors must pre-register and pre-pay at
  • Payment by checks should be made to OCRC and mailed to Malden Islamic Center 405 Pearl Street, Suite #1, Malden, MA 02148  
  • Vendors paying Cash, please use VENMO.
  • NO vendor will be allowed to enter unless paid in full
  • Vendors will be assigned a vendor number and position for the festival once FULL payments have been received
  • Spaces are available on first come, first assigned (by the payment dates)
  • WALK-UP VENDORS are allowed ONLY if space is open on the day of the Festival.
  • Vendors MUST set up in their numbered space! Any vendor setting up in another vendor’s assigned space will be removed to make space for the vendor who has been pre-registered and assigned that location.
  • Set up will ONLY be Sunday morning between 10:00 am and 11:30 am. NO Saturday load-in. Plan to arrive early, please.
  • Vendors will be given the number of their assigned space at the entrance starting at 8:00 am on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
  • Vendors must bring their tent.
  • General booth prices; 
    • Single space 8×16 $200 – two chairs and one six-foot table
    • double space 16×16 $300 – 4 chairs and 2 six-foot tables
  • Extra storage space is available for an additional $125
  • All vendors will be charged $25 extra for cleaning costs. Still, all vendors must leave their space free of all trash and empty boxes.
  • NO REFUNDS after Sunday, August 27, 2023 (12:00 pm-midnight)
  • NEMF is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to the vendors’ items or belongings.
